• Return requests must be sent to our eu-orders@pocketalk.net email address within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• We will require you to provide us with a proof of purchase (the purchase confirmation email which is sent out from eu-orders@pocketalk.net)
• You must return the product in the original package, including all the accessories and manual contained within the package.
• You will be responsible for shipping and handling of the returned product.
• Refunds will be made via the same payment method as the original payment made through.
